I have recently encountered a problem that wasn't there before. When I try to edit the main page section under Configuration then I get the following error when I save it:

You don't have permission to access /admin/admin_board.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have changed the chmod on this file to various different ones but still no luck. I have searched this board for answers but only get Polish results.

I have even emailed my host with it having a server error but he says it's not a hosting problem.

I said that I changed the chmod for the file so yes it's there

The file is there and named properly.

Yes that's the forum. I have modified the files mainly to change some dodgy Polish > English translations but I haven't touched any files recently and there should be no reason why admin_board shouldn't work.

If I tried to access it directly I get

Session expired or session ID number is incorrect. Try again.

Logout, log in again and try to access again.

Done that and even tried from 2 different computers - one at home and one at work.
