is there any "readme" to config the junior admin features?

so confused for junior admin setting...

came from my searching in this forum i found this way

ACP > User Admin > User Admin & you'll find JR button near each username.

well, i can add some jr admin now, i think.

one problem solved now, so, there is another problem..
any add-on hacks for user(moderator)) that only allow delete for a specified thread ?
in przemo, only admin allow to delete all thread/post in forum, but may be to give another task for moderator , allowing them to delete post/thread that early specified in ACP.

any advice , please...

Delete the Junior Admin Color in UrSkin.css

Create new group and add special right's.

Edit your style and delete Junior Admin color
