How to copy the full header on the portal as a forum?

Portal: www.serbian-fm.net/portal.htm

And so when someone opens my website(forum) to immediately open a portal, and only after the forum. Not that I first open forum, and only after the portal?

open .htaccess file (located in root forum directory, or create if it doesnt exist) and add rule:
