Shoutbox configuration

1. If we want to shoutbox been available to all (guests and logged in users) with the possibility of write to all, mark options:
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for guests --> yes
Allow Quests to send messages --> yes


2. If we want to shoutbox been available to logged in users with the possibility of write, mark options: (sb for guests is invisible):
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> no
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for guests --> doesn't matter
Allow Quests to send messages --> doesn't matter

3. If we want to shoutbox been available to all (guests and logged in users) with the possibility of write to only logged in users (guests see, but can't write):
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for guests --> yes
Allow Quests to send messages --> no

4. If we want to shoutbox been available to all (guests and logged in users) without possibility of write (only staff could write):
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> yes
Shoutbox only visible for registered users --> no
Shoutbox only visible for guests --> doesn't matter
Allow Quests to send messages --> doesn't matter
