Hi all i asked this a little while ago and was told to replace all the forum files to solve the problem which didnt work and i dont want to have to do it again.

The problem is i keep getting this error after submitting a new post

to start with i thought there was something wrong with the copyright tag so i deleted it, but nothings changed.

Is there anyway to turn off the checking for the footer, it doesn't affect the functioning of the forum

removing of the footer is illegal, probably you have removed

No this was happening when that was in place, i removed it to see if that was causing the problem.
