I would like to make a second shoutbox on my forums that is independent of the first. The reason for this is that I want to use it for a different section of my forums that is not related to the rest.

This would mean that it would have to read from different tables, and etc since it will need different settings. How would i go about this?

The easiest way would be copying everything - all shoutbox files, all shoutbox entries in phpBB files, database tables, etc. and just changing "shoutbox" to "shoutbox2" but I've never tested it and I can't say it'll work for sure.

It was slightly more complicated than that, but I did get it to work ^_^ thanks for the help.
