If you installed Forum Images Mod correctly you have to enter Administration Panel then choose "Management" ("Forum Admin" tab) on the left side. Then you have to click "edit" on forum which image you want to change then fill correct field (There is no English transtalion for that field from what I know so there should be blank field in front of that field) and save changes.
