For a start try to repair table sessions in phpmyadmin:

Kod:

REPAIR TABLE phpbb_sessions;

and if it fails, then:

Kod:

TRUNCATE TABLE phpbb_sessions;

oh! and remember, to create a copy of base before any actions.

I've repaired and optimised so will see if that helps. I seems to happen mainly when moderating a post. I'll let you know if i still have trouble
