[ Answer ]: Generally files, which are wrongly saved, get at beginning some of additional bytes - should be started with:

hex 3c 3f 70 68 70

but at the beginning is:

hex ef bb bf 3c 3f 70 68 70

which gives:

ďťż<?php

In normal editor text you see only

Kod:

<?php

To edit file you can use ex. FreeHexEditor.
